Need to reset your password but the computer elves aren’t cooperating?
Did you get the email to reset your password? If not, try again with the reset password link. Double check your email address just in case there could’ve been a typo. Then look for the email, if it doesn’t show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you never got the email, then reach out to me (carolyn at acolorfuljourney dot com) and we can get it figured out together.
Trying to reset your password and it just won’t work?
When resetting your password you need a strong password. I completely agree that it is common sense that if that is the issue, that the computer elves should tell you. But they don’t. This is one of those times I wish there was a computer programmer in my family, since this is a one woman show.
A strong password includes:
- captial letter
- lower case letter
- number
- symbol
- is at least 8 characters long
