How to Update or Change Your Email or Password When you’re logged in, at the top of your screen, there’s an icon of a person and your name. If you click on that, it will take you to your profile. There you can update your name or email.
Lost password and can’t log in? There’s a link to reset your password on the log in page so you can reset it any time you need.
What if you didn’t get the reset password email?
Some email providers are delaying or completely blocking you from receiving these. This is especially happening for aol, yahoo and hotmail email addresses. If you request a password reset and you don’t see an email promptly, just email me and I’ll manually reset your password (carolyn at acolorfuljourney dot com)

Downloading a pdf on a desktop or laptop computer
Each computer can be different but there are two common ways to download a pdf. The first is by right clicking on the pdf and choosing save as. Then pick where on your computer you want to save it.
Another involves the downward arrow. See the photo below. You may have to move your mouse on the top area of the screen to reveal the toolbar with the downward arrow. Again, this can vary from computer to computer.
